Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Processing time is 1-5 business days. In rare occurrences may take longer.  
• Shipping time: After processing US orders usually take between 7 and 15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. US orders are shipped via USPS and you can track your order using the USPS tracking number we provide you with or track your order using your order number and email here. International delivery usually takes about 7–21 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. International orders are shipped via e-packet and the last mile carrier will vary depending on the country the order is being shipped to. For international orders you will be provided with a tracking number and may also track your order here. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.
